Welcome to my first ever journal entry that wasn't written as a response to a kidney stone!

Yay!!!

Lots of big stuff brewing in sakaland™. I've just posted my most extreme story ever: the Halloween themed next chapter in the Big Mama saga. It's illustrated by the incomparable ~lunch0304, and what sublime illustrations they are! They really bring the glorious greed and gluttony of Mama to life! Read it...if you dare! Mwahahahahahahah!

Uh, ooohkay...

Another big news item I wanted to hip you all to is the new DA chatroom I started last Friday. It's called the DAWGhouse, of which the first syllable is an acronym standing for Deviant Art Weight Gain, and the last part, not being an acronym, just means house.

I created it primarily as a place for authors of Fat and WG fiction to come and talk about our stories, our techniques, and the bane of any practitioner of prose - writer's block, as well as anything else we want to talk about.

However, even though it was created with the storytellers in mind, I highly encourage anyone who enjoys fat and weight gain to stop by. Whether you write, draw, do photo-manips, or are just a fan, please come on by and say hi! Here's the [link] - hope to see y'all there!

Also, now that all my promised stories have been posted, I'm gonna be taking a break from my usual fare for awhile and doing some new and, I think, rather interesting stuff. Oh, don't worry, Beth's got a few more stories in various stages of completion and I've a few ideas for further Mama adventures, but I wanna focus next on some collabs with other DA artistes that've been in the works for a while.

First is a collab with excellent artist ~renderedspeechless. We've been talking about doing an epic illustrated tale in a comic strip-like format for a while now. It'll combine both of our rather unique and extreme fetishes into one big cornucopia of corpulent coolness! I'm really looking forward to working in an area of sexual fetishism that I've never explored before! I've gotta say that if what we turn out is even half as groovy as what we've got cooked up, it'll still be freakin' AWESOME!

I will also be simultaneously working with ~The-EXPhantom on a story arc with his characters as well as one of mine from the past. We're still developing the idea, but it is coming along very nicely! I've never done a collab with a fellow writer before. It should be really interesting. Yet another project that has a LOT of potential for ultimate grooviness!

These two projects are just the beginning of the long train of collaborations I've got in the works. I've also got a story idea that's based upon ~The-Upright-Man's Twenty Ton Tabitha pictures - [link] - I've gotta lotta research to do on this as I want it to be as authentic to the old sideshow world as I can. Also ~FatGirlsAreLove and I are in talks to write a series of stories together based upon a premise she came up with and ~Biggirlshere and I are thinking about doing a story starring our two titanic teenage gluttons. Some interesting things, indeed!

Sheesh, I'm gonna be busy! But I'm also gonna love every minute of it!!!
